- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 1 pt. sour cream
- cinnamon
Directions

1Butter and flour a 9-inch spring-form pan.

2Heat oven to 350°. Mix together the Ricotta cheese and cream cheese.

3Add flour, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla, beating well.

4Blend in eggs, one at a time, using slow speed of mixer.

5Gently add sour cream, then pour mixture into prepared pan.

6Dust with cinnamon.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Turn off oven; leave cake in for 4 to 5 hours. Remove from oven and refrigerate.
