- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 large pkg. cream cheese
- vanilla wafers
- about 29 oz. pie filling (blueberry, cherry, pineapple or personal favorite)
Directions

1Beat eggs, sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Place cupcake liners in cupcake tray and place 1 wafer in bottom of each, flat side down.

2Tablespoon mixture over wafer to half full.

3Bake at 350° for 18 minutes.

4Cool and top with pie filling.

5Makes about 32 cupcakes.
