- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
Directions

1Use ingredients at room temperature.

2Put cottage cheese through ricer into the large bowl of your mixer.

3Add cream cheese and cream together at low speed for 10 minutes.

4While mixer is turning, gradually add sugar, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch, sour cream and melted margarine; beat well for 5 minutes, scraping sides with a spatula.

5Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°.

6Shut oven off; let cake cool in the oven for 2 hours.
