- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Mix flour and cornstarch in a cup.

2In a large mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese until fluffy.

3In a blender, cream 1/2 of the cottage cheese adding 2 eggs.

4Pour into the cream cheese. Cream the other half of the cottage cheese and 2 eggs. Add to the cream cheese along with the lemon juice and vanilla.

5Slowly add the sugar, flour and cornstarch mixture.

6Add melted butter and sour cream.

7Pour into a 9-inch spring pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Turn oven off and let it set in the oven for 2 hours. Remove to room temperature and refrigerate.
