  • 1 egg
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. vanilla

    Take out 1 cup dry cake mix and reserve.

    To remaining cake mix add oil and egg.

    Mix and press in a 9 x 13-inch pan to make crust.
