- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 stick butter, melted and cooled
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat all ingredients in order.

2Fold in 2 cups sour cream. Pour in an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan.

3Bake at 300° for 1 hour, then at 250° for 1 hour, and turn oven off and leave 1 hour.
