  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted and cooled
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat all ingredients in order.

    Fold in 2 cups sour cream. Pour in an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour, then at 250° for 1 hour, and turn oven off and leave 1 hour.
