- 4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 7 medium eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- graham cracker crust
Directions

1Cream the cream cheese and sugar.

2Add 3 eggs; blend well. Add 4 eggs; beat well.

3Add flour, lemon juice and sour cream. Add vanilla last.

4Pour into 11-inch spring-form pan.

5Bake 65 minutes in a 350° oven.

6Do not open oven door.

7Turn oven off and wait 30 minutes with door closed.

8Open door and let sit in oven for 30 minutes.

9Take out and let cool.

10Wait 24 hours before serving.
