  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. sour cream
  • raisins, soaked in rum
  • 3 pre-made graham cracker crusts

    Beat eggs with sugar and salt well.

    Add cream cheese a little at a time.

    Mix until extremely smooth.

    Beat in sour cream and vanilla quickly to keep light and creamy.

    (Add raisins to personal taste.)

    Pour into pie pans.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes until set.
