  • 1 cup cornmeal fine
  • 1 1/2 cup sr flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

    Preheat oven 450 Fahrenheit

    Mix all the dry ingredients mix well

    Add egg and milk beat the egg as you mix the milk after everything is incorporated add cheddar cheese mix well

    Spray pan with nonstick ,a big pan , spoon into place make room for 18 biscuits

    Bake in oven 15 minutes or till done

    Take the butter rub on top of biscuits serve immediately hope you enjoy
