  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water, cool, whip milk until stiff.

    Add lemon juice.

    Cream 1 cup sugar and cheese; add to jello.

    Mix well.

    Add vanilla, then add this to whipped milk.
