Ingredients: 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1 c. sugar; 4 eggs, beat in one at a time; 1/4 tsp. almond extract; 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream; 6 Tbsp. sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla

6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and almond extract. Pour into a greased 10-inch Pyrex pie plate.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven; cool for 10 minutes.

Beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

Pour on top of baked cream cheese.

Return to oven for 20 minutes.

When cool, top with fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, etc.
