   Beat cream cheese until creamy

   Blend in sugar and

   extract.

   Pour

   into prepared pie plate.

   Bake in preheated oven

    at 350° for about 50 minutes. Let cool for about 20

    minutes.

    Stir sour cream, sugar and vanilla together and spread evenly over pie.

    Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
