  • 12 vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • foil muffin liners

Directions

    Place vanilla wafer in each muffin liner and put in muffin tin. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar at medium speed of mixer until well blended.

    Add eggs and mix well.

    Pour over wafer 3/4 full. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

    Makes 12.
