- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp
- 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
- fresh broccoli, cut
- medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, diced or shaved
- 1 large tomato, remove seeds and dice
- 1 pkg. colored pasta shells or twists
Directions

1Boil shrimp in shell until pink (approximately 2 to 3 minutes). Shell shrimp and set aside.

2Boil pasta; set aside.

3Saute garlic in oil; add vegetables.

4Cook until tender, yet firm.

5Combine shrimp, pasta and sauteed vegetables in large bowl.

6Garnish with tomatoes.

7Serve at room temperature, or cold.
