Cheese Cakes

Directions

   Cream together cream cheese and sugar.

   Add eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.

   Place cupcake papers in muffin pan.

   Place vanilla wafer in each cup.

   Fill 3/4 full with mixture.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until light brown.

   Let set 1 minute and top with pie filling and refrigerate.

   Keep in refrigerator.
