- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cheese Ricotta
- 1 cup cheese Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt
- cheese
- mozzarella
- 1 pound prosciutto
Directions

1When basic dough has risen, roll out on a floured surface and cut into circles about 8 inches.

2Put eggs in a bowl and ricotta, parmesan, and salt. Mix well.

3Cut mozz cheese in small cut in cubes and the prosciutto in 1/2 inch strips.

4In center of each circle of dough place some egg-cheese mixutre and cheese mixture.

6Fold dough over to form a crescent and seal edges well. Brush top of each calzone with oil, place on lightly oiled baking sheet and bake 450 for 25 minutes. Or until edges are toast colored and tops are golden.

7Serve hot with knife and fork.
