Cheese Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 count) crescent rolls
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. chopped green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1 (5 oz.) can chicken, drained or use 2 chicken breasts, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.

    Stir in shredded chicken, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and hot sauce.

    Roll each crescent roll to a 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch thickness.

    Spread with 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture.

    Roll up, make sure edges are sealed.

    Place in baking dish.

    Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
