  • 10 inch pie plate
  • 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1-2 mild chopped chili peppers (small can)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Spread grated cheese on bottom of pie plate.

    Spread peppers over cheese.
  3. 3
    Mix eggs and milk together and spread over cheese mixture.
  4. 4
    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
  5. 5
    Serve with crackers. (Town House brand seems best).
