- 10 inch pie plate
- 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1-2 mild chopped chili peppers (small can)
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Spread grated cheese on bottom of pie plate.

2Spread peppers over cheese.

3Mix eggs and milk together and spread over cheese mixture.

4Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

5Serve with crackers. (Town House brand seems best).
