- 2 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 2 (7 1/2 oz.) minced clams, undrained
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 c. water
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook potatoes in saucepan in small amount of salted water (do not overcook).

2Pour off all but 1/2 cup liquid.

3To potatoes and liquid add the clams, milk and onion and celery soups; heat until simmering.

4Remove from heat, add Cheddar cheese gradually, blending well after each addition.

5If necessary, return to heat to finish melting cheese, do not boil.
