  • 3 eggs
  • vanilla wafers
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 jar cherry pie filling

    Mix cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.

    Place cupcake liners in pans.

    Put one wafer in each cupcake.

    Fill about 1/2 with mix.

    Bake 25 minutes at 350°.

    Cool.

    Top with cherry pie filling.

    Makes 24 cakes.
