  • 17 ounces, weight Can Of Corn
  • 6 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Beaten Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1-1/4 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese, Divided
  • 1/2 cups Bread Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter

Directions

    Mix corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and 1 cup cheese together. Spray a 10x6 dish with cooking spray and turn mixture into dish. Toss bread cubes with butter and remaining 1/4 cup cheese and sprinkle over top.
