- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 2 (16 oz) cans whole shoepeg corn, well drained
- 1 (4 oz) can green chili, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add to softened cheese and stir.

3Add other ingredients and stir to mix.

4Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly hot.
