  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 2 (16 oz) cans whole shoepeg corn, well drained
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chili, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Add to softened cheese and stir.

    Add other ingredients and stir to mix.

    Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
