- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. farmer cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix flour and butter until dough forms.

2Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.

3Divide in thirds.

4Roll each third into 10-inch circle.

5Cut each circle into 10 wedge shaped pieces.

6Spread with farmer cheese which has been mixed with the egg and salt.

7Roll as for croissants.

8Bake on cookie sheet at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes or until brown.

9Serve hot.
