- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- dash of red pepper
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Grate cheese fine; add butter, red pepper, flour and Rice Krispies.

2Mix well.

3Roll dough into small balls about the size of a cherry.

4Place on cookie sheet.

5Flatten with fork.

6Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° for 10 minutes.

7May be frozen.
