  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • dash of red pepper
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

Directions

    Grate cheese fine; add butter, red pepper, flour and Rice Krispies.

    Mix well.

    Roll dough into small balls about the size of a cherry.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    Flatten with fork.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° for 10 minutes.

    May be frozen.
