- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. bite size shredded wheat biscuits
Directions

1Melt butter over low heat in medium skillet.

2Add shredded wheat biscuits.

3Heat for 5 minutes, constantly turning biscuits with a spoon.

4Remove from heat.

5Add the cheese, tossing gently to coat.

6Serve warm or cool, floating on soups, tossed with a green salad or use as nibblers.

7Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator.

8Makes 1 1/2 cups.
