- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, separated
- 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
- 1 tsp. water
- 1/2 c. almonds
Directions

1Place one can of rolls in 9 x 13-inch pan, sealing perforations.

2Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg yolk.

3Cream together.

4Spread over rolls.

5Place second tube of rolls on top, sealing perforations.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Cool for 20 minutes in pan.

8Brush with egg white and water; sprinkle almonds on top.
