- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 pkg. Martha White muffin mix
- 1 c. milk

1Preheat oven to 425°.

3Combine cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl.

4Stir in egg until well blended. In separate bowl, combine muffin mix and milk; stir just until blended.

5Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

6Top each with about one tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
