Name: Cheese Delight
Ingredients: 1 c. crushed pineapple, drain juice; 24 marshmallows, cut; 2 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese; 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing; 1 pt. double cream; 6 red cherries; 6 green cherries; 1 c. broken nutmeats

1 c. crushed pineapple, drain juice
24 marshmallows, cut
2 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 pt. double cream
6 red cherries
6 green cherries
1 c. broken nutmeats

Directions

Mix pineapple and marshmallows and let set 2 hours or until the marshmallows are softened.

Mix together until creamy, cream cheese and mayonnaise.

Whip double cream.

Mix pineapple marshmallows mixture with cheese and mayonnaise mixture.

Fold lightly until blended well, then add cherries and nutmeats. Freeze until set before using.

Freeze on quick freeze.

Don't stir.
