- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 small onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can peeled tomatoes, drained
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Melt oleo in medium size saucepan.

2Chop onion in food processor. Saute onion in melted oleo for a few minutes.

3Add the Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomatoes that have been chopped in food processor. Let simmer until a nice dipping consistency.

4Add Velveeta cheese that has been cubed.

5Cook until cheese is melted, being careful not to let burn.

6Serve with Tostitos corn chips.
