- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 lb. block Velveeta
- small can chili peppers
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 to 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- nacho chips
Directions

1Brown sausage and ground beef together.

2Pour into a crock-pot.

3Cut Velveeta into cubes and also put into crock-pot. Drain chili peppers and tomatoes; add these and remaining ingredients to the meat and cheese.

4Heat on medium heat for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

5Serve with nacho chips.
