- 1 block Velveeta cheese
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can enchilada sauce (mild)
- 1 small can chili (no beans)
Directions

1Brown the ground beef in a large pan.

2While the ground beef is cooking, cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes.

3After the ground beef is cooked, drain.

4Put ground beef back into pan and put Velveeta cheese in with the ground beef on medium heat. add the enchilada sauce and chili.

5Stir occasionally until cheese is melted.

6Serve with nacho chips.
