  • 8 oz. wedge Wispride cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 to 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. Port or sherry

    Leave cheeses in bowl until very soft and creamy.

    Mix together.

    Add Worcestershire and mustard, then add the Port or sherry very slowly.

    Put in a crock and refrigerate.
