- 1 lb. creamy cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 Tbsp. juice from tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. juice from peppers
Directions

1Melt cheese in double boiler.

2Drain can of whole tomatoes and retain juice.

3Mix together 2 tablespoons of juice from the tomatoes and 1 tablespoon juice from the peppers.

4Add water to make 1/2 cup liquid.

5Add 3 chopped tomatoes and finely chopped peppers and liquid mixture to melted cheese.

6Mix well.
