- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 4 green onions, chopped and sauteed in 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 to 1 lb. sausage, crumbled, fried and drained
Directions

1Make the night before.

2Beat eggs.

3Blend in cheese and remaining ingredients.

4Store in Tupperware in refrigerator.

5When ready to bake, pour in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
