  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 4 green onions, chopped and sauteed in 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. sausage, crumbled, fried and drained

    Make the night before.

    Beat eggs.

    Blend in cheese and remaining ingredients.

    Store in Tupperware in refrigerator.

    When ready to bake, pour in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
