- 1 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. low-fat sour cream, fat-free or lite
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Directions

1Mix ingredients together well.

2Place one spoonful of mixture into tortilla and roll (tortillas may be softened by cutting a slit in the plastic package and microwaving for approximately 20 to 25 seconds).

3Place in 11 x 14-inch glass dish which has been sprayed with nonstick spray.

4Cover with remaining mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.

5Cover dish with plastic wrap.

6Cut several air holes in the wrap and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
