- 1 (8 oz.) manicotti shells
- 2 c. (1 pt.) Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) chopped spinach
- 2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook shells as package indicates.

2Drain. Combine Ricotta, Parmesan and spinach. Fill shells with cheese mixture.

3Place in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x

42-inch baking dish.

5Combine tomato paste with 2 cans of water.

6Pour over and around shells. Sprinkle with Mozzarella.

7Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
