- 6 oz. tube sharp cheese
- 6 oz. tube garlic cheese
- 4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grits
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Slice or tear cheese into small pieces.

2Bring salted water to boil; slowly add grits.

3Bring to second boil, reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring.

4Add cheese and butter to grits, stirring until cheese melts.

5Pour into ungreased casserole.

6Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
