- 1 c. grits
- 2 eggs
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick butter
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pour 1 cup of grits into 4 cups of boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt; boil for 3 minutes.

2Stir in butter and garlic cheese.

3Add slightly beaten eggs.

4Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 325°, uncovered, until firm (40 to 45 minutes).

5Remove from oven and top with grated Cheddar cheese; sprinkle with paprika.

6Return to oven to brown.
