  • 1 c. grits
  • 2 eggs
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Pour 1 cup of grits into 4 cups of boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt; boil for 3 minutes.

    Stir in butter and garlic cheese.

    Add slightly beaten eggs.

    Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 325°, uncovered, until firm (40 to 45 minutes).

    Remove from oven and top with grated Cheddar cheese; sprinkle with paprika.

    Return to oven to brown.
