- 1 1/2 c. grits (regular, not instant)
- 3 c. water (salted)
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in tiny pieces
- 1 stick oleo, cut up
- 3 eggs
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Bring water to a boil and slowly stir grits into it.

2Cook about 3 minutes.

3Over low heat, stir in cheese and oleo until melted.

4Set off heat and stir in well beaten eggs and Tabasco sauce.

5Bake in buttered casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350°.
