- 2 eggs
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Cook grits in water until thick.

2Add cheese, butter and garlic salt.

3Stir until melted.

4Beat eggs lightly and stir into mix.

5Put into buttered casserole and bake 1 hour at 325°.
