  • 1 c. grits (not instant)
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 roll garlic cheese, cut up
  • 2 eggs (break into cup, stir and add enough milk to make 1 c.)
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook grits with water and salt as directed on package.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Put into a greased casserole and bake 40 minutes at 325°.

    After cooking, sprinkle with sharp cheese and paprika.

    Heat about 20 minutes before serving.
