  • 1 pkg. shredded hash browns
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. butter (melted)
  • 2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Thoroughly combine all ingredients except hash browns.

    Place hash browns in a greased 2 qt. baking dish.

    Add mixture to hash browns and stir until well mixed.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
