- 1/4 cups Cheese, Your Choice

Directions

1Have the cheese grated and ready to go.

2I used Colby Jack, but you can use any cheese that you like.

3I would not recommend soft cheese (such as brie or cream cheese).

4Place a non-stick fry pan over very low heat next to lowest setting on my electric stove worked perfectly.

5Depending on the cheese you selected you may or may not have to use a small amount of cooking spray.

6With Colby I did not have to use any.

7Sprinkle a small amount of the cheese in the pan you dont want to completely cover the pan, just a light sprinkling, as the cheese will spread as it cooks.

8Allow the cheese to sizzle and cook until it turns brown.

9Not just golden, but really brown.

10If you under cook this, it will be chewy.

11Transfer from the fry pan to paper towels to drain off any excess oils.
