Ingredients

  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (not whipped)
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • paprika
  • Ritz crackers

Directions

    Grate Cheddar cheese.

    Allow both cheeses to soften to room temperature.

    Mix both cheeses together.

    Add in pressed garlic. Roll mixture into shape of a log so that it will fit on cracker. Sprinkle cheese with paprika and roll up in tinfoil.

    Refrigerate until ready to use.

    Serve thin slices on crackers.
