  • 10 oz. Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheese
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 c. crushed pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Have cream cheese at room temperature.

    Grate sharp cheese. Mix together.

    Mix all other ingredients with cheese.

    Form into log.

    Roll in chili powder.

    Garnish with olives.

    Serve with onion crackers.
