- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- chili powder
Directions

1Let the cream cheese and Velveeta stand at room temperature until soft.

2Cut into small chunks and blend together.

3Add pepper, garlic and pecans; mix well until blended.

4Oil a large piece of foil and spread cheese out flat.

5Sprinkle with chili powder. Chill in refrigerator until firm.

6Roll into a log and slice as needed.
