- 1- 1/4 pound Flank Steak
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Cooking Sherry
- 1 teaspoon Minced Fresh Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 whole Scallions, Chopped
- Oil For Brushing
Directions

1Score flank steak 1/8 inch deep on both sides at 1 inch intervals.

2Mix all ingredients except oil for brushing together, pour over steak and rub into both sides.

3Marinade at least 3 hours or overnight.

4Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

5Brush grill with oil.

6Cook for 3 minutes each side for rare, 5 for medium, 7 for well done.

7Thinly slice against the grain.
