  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. jalapeno Velveeta cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion tops
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Soften the two cheeses at room temperature.

    Mix and pat 1/4-inch thick on foil lined cookie sheet.

    Soften the cream cheese. Add vegetables and seasonings.

    Spread over Velveeta cheese mixture.

    Roll into jelly roll log.

    Use foil to roll. Makes 2. Freezes well.
