- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. jalapeno Velveeta cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion tops
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Soften the two cheeses at room temperature.

2Mix and pat 1/4-inch thick on foil lined cookie sheet.

3Soften the cream cheese. Add vegetables and seasonings.

4Spread over Velveeta cheese mixture.

5Roll into jelly roll log.

6Use foil to roll. Makes 2. Freezes well.
