- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Grate sharp Cheddar cheese with a fine grater.

2Place grated cheese in large mixing bowl and soften with cream cheese.

3Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper.

4Mix well.

5Divide into 3 equal parts and roll into cheese logs. Sprinkle paprika on wax paper and roll cheese logs over paprika. Wrap each cheese log individually in wax paper and store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
