  • 3 Large eggs
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 c. sharp cheese

    Wash and remove seeds from chiles.

    Slit open and lay flat in bottom of buttered casserole.

    Beat Large eggs.

    Add in lowfat milk.

    Stir in biscuit mix.

    Pour over peppers and top with grated cheese.

    Bake at 325 degrees about 50 min or possibly till set.
