- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 c. sharp cheese
Directions

1Wash and remove seeds from chiles.

2Slit open and lay flat in bottom of buttered casserole.

3Beat Large eggs.

4Add in lowfat milk.

5Stir in biscuit mix.

6Pour over peppers and top with grated cheese.

7Bake at 325 degrees about 50 min or possibly till set.
